Major electric vehicle companies are here at Tunghai University to scout for talent! To assist its graduates in securing employment, Tunghai University hosted the "2024 Job and Internship Recruitment Expo." Over 90 well-known companies participated, including leading electric vehicle firms Mobiletron Electronics Co., Ltd and Rac Electric Vehicles Inc. which set up on-site interviews and promoted immediate employment opportunities, making a grand effort to attract talent.

 

For the second consecutive year, Tunghai University has been ranked as the most favored university by companies in Central and Southern Taiwan in 2024. To assist its graduates in securing employment, Tunghai hosted the "2024 Job and Internship Recruitment Expo" yesterday (Mar. 27th), with major electric vehicle companies scouting for talent.

 

For the second consecutive year, Tunghai University has been ranked as the most favored university by companies in Central and Southern Taiwan in 2024. Yesterday (Mar. 27th), Tunghai hosted the "2024 Job and Internship Recruitment Expo," guided by the Workforce Development Agency under the Ministry of Labor and jointly organized by Tunghai's Internship and Student Achievement Center and the Workforce Development Agency’s Zhongzhangtou Branch. The event featured over 90 participating companies and institutions, spanning 13 industries. Mobiletron, based in Taichung, and its subsidiary Rac Electric Vehicles were also present to recruit talent. Tsai Yu-Ching, Chairman of Mobiletron Electronics Co., Ltd and EMBA Lecturer at Tunghai, emphasized that Tunghai has always been a talent hub for the Central Taiwan Science Park, producing cross-disciplinary talents highly sought after by companies. This year, they are also targeting fresh graduates from Tunghai.

 

Tunghai University President Chang Kuo-En believes that this event will allow graduates to gain early insight into different industries and potentially catch the attention of companies for immediate job opportunities, achieving a win-win situation for both graduates and employers.

Tunghai University noted that this year’s 2024 Job and Internship Expo boasts an impressive lineup of renowned companies. Over 90 companies, including Pou Chen Group, Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (PSMC), Phoenix Silicon International Corporation (PSI), SIGURD Microelectronics Corporation, Radiant Opto-Electronics Corporation, Mobiletron Electronics, Rac Electric Vehicles, WANIN, Lealea Group, Starbucks, GAP Taiwan, PUMA Taiwan, and The Lalu Hotel, will participate. The event offers opportunities for professional and cross-disciplinary development. Government agencies like the Workforce Development Agency’s Zhongzhangtou Branch, Youth Career Development Center, TaiwanJobs, Taichung City Employment Service Office, Council of Indigenous Peoples, and Recruitment Center of National Armed Forces will provide employment and training resources, personal career consultation services, and the Taichung City Government’s Youth One-Stop Entrepreneurship Service Center, which will offer opportunities for job seekers to explore entrepreneurship.
